Orders placed by 12 p.m. Central time will be processed the same business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Packages do not ship on Saturdays or the following U.S. holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- President's Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
We are sorry, but we are not responsible for orders or items lost in transit by the carrier.
Our Return Policy
Hair and skin care products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with receipt, no cash back, all refund credits will be put on The Glam Room Salon gift card for future purchases or services. All Cosmetic sales are final. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy. Products can be return to our salon for free to avoid shipping charges.

Refunds: As soon as package arrives, please allow 48 hours to process your Glam Room Salon Spa Beauty Bar Credit. You will receive an email confirmation once your Glam Room Salon Spa Beauty Bar credit has been processed.
